Welcome to SalesScript ("SalesScript", "we", or "us"). SalesScript is a company incorporated under the laws of the United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered sales demo analysis platform, including transcription, speaker separation, objection detection, and pitch script generation, available at https://salesscript.tech (the "Service").
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

SalesScript provides an AI-powered platform that analyzes sales demo recordings you upload and generates transcripts, conversation analyses, objection handlers, and pitch scripts. The Service is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.
This Service is a digital, intangible product. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations — see Section 7.
AI Model Disclosure: This Service uses third-party AI model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud AI services for speech-to-text transcription and text analysis. The performance and availability of the Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. Significant disruptions will be communicated to users promptly.

If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that entity to this agreement.
SalesScript offers subscription plans for access to the Service. Current plan details and pricing are available at our Pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify plan features or introduce new plans at any time. Price changes are governed by Section 5.1.
By providing a payment method and subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly authorize SalesScript to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the corresponding subscription fee. This recurring authorization remains in effect until you cancel your subscription per Section 6.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Annual subscribers will receive a reminder before renewal.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). Where required by law, we will collect and remit such taxes.
Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — Waffo Pancake — and is never stored on our servers. All transactions are secured through Waffo (primary) or Creem (backup).
You may cancel your subscription at any time via one of the following methods:
Cancellation takes effect immediately. A confirmation email will be sent within 10 minutes.
Due to the immediate delivery and intangible nature of our digital Service, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances.
Send refund requests to refunds@salesscript.tech with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at billing@salesscript.tech before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content (transcripts, analyses, pitch scripts — "Output") produced from your inputs belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose consistent with Section 10.
By submitting content to the Service ("Input"), you grant SalesScript a limited, non-exclusive license solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.
This Service uses third-party AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud AI. Output may be influenced by these providers' models. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not liable for content generated by third-party models.

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms, including personal productivity, business automation, research, and development activities.

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor (Waffo Pancake) and is never stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days following account deletion, then deleted per the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SalesScript is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms remain in effect for the duration of your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or are required by law to do so. If we terminate for reasons not attributable to your breach, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any pre-paid, unused period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@salesscript.tech.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@salesscript.tech to attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the United States under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and SalesScript.
