1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, transmitted, or stored through the SalesScript platform. It governs the following content forms:
- Text: AI-generated transcripts, analyses, pitch scripts, dialogue, code, articles, and other written content
- Audio: AI-synthesized speech or audio
- User Input (Prompt): Instructions and prompts submitted by users for analysis
This Policy is independent of but complements Section 10 of the Terms of Service. The Terms direct users to this Policy for complete content standards.
2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
SalesScript expressly prohibits the use of this Service to generate the following six categories of content:
- Adult / NSFW content
- Violent / gore content
- Hate speech
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and content that sexualizes minors
- Deepfakes / impersonation — AI-synthesized content impersonating real individuals without consent
- Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights
2.1 Zero Tolerance — Immediate Action
The following content is subject to immediate action upon discovery, with preservation of the right to report to authorities:
- Child sexual exploitation material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism, or mass violence
- Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction
- Content advocating or facilitating genocide or ethnic hatred
- Non-consensual deepfake sexual content targeting real individuals
2.2 General Prohibited Activities
- Generating or spreading misinformation or rumors
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations
- Infringing intellectual property, portrait rights, or privacy rights
- Representing AI-generated content as human-created work
- Bulk generating spam or fraudulent content
- Using jailbreak prompts or similar techniques to bypass platform safety mechanisms
- Uploading recordings of conversations where participants have not consented to recording
3. Content Moderation
SalesScript employs a multi-layer moderation system: automated real-time scanning + human review + periodic audits.
3.1 Automated Moderation (Real-Time)
All requests and generated content are scanned in real-time by safety filters:
- Input Filtering: Keyword, semantic, and intent analysis of user prompts
- Output Filtering: Real-time safety assessment of generated content
- Usage Pattern Analysis: Monitoring for anomalous API call behavior
- Safety Models Used: OpenAI Moderation API, combined with proprietary filters
3.2 Human Review
- Automatically flagged content enters a human review queue
- User-reported content is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team
- Review team operates during business hours (UTC+8)
- Reviewers complete content safety training and sign confidentiality agreements
3.3 Periodic Audits
- Random sampling review conducted monthly
- Regular evaluation and optimization of automated moderation system accuracy

4. Reporting Mechanism
4.1 When to Report
- Content that violates this Policy's content standards
- Content involving child safety, terrorism, or other severe violations
- Discovery of AI impersonation or content infringing your own rights
4.2 Reporting Principles
- Confidentiality: Reporter identity is strictly protected
- Neutrality: All reports undergo independent, objective review
- Anti-Abuse: Malicious or false reports will be logged and acted upon
5. Reporting Channels
At least one channel above is actively monitored. Reports are reviewed in accordance with the severity levels in Section 3.4.

8. Appeals Process
If you disagree with an enforcement action, you may submit an appeal within 15 days of receiving notification:

9. Transparency and Policy Updates
- Material changes to this Policy will be announced at least 15 days in advance
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy
